I interviewed several notable authors as they came off the stage, including John Maxwell, <a href=\"https:\/\/michaelhyatt.com\/an-interview-with-sir-ken-robinson.html\" title=\"Post: &ldquo;An Interview with Sir Ken Robinson [Video]&rdquo;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sir Ken Robinson<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/michaelhyatt.com\/an-interview-with-dan-cathy.html\" title=\"Post: &ldquo;An Interview with Dan Cathy [Video]&rdquo;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dan Cathy<\/a>, Suzy Welch, Frans Johansson, and several others. He talked about several topics, including:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why things are the way they are<\/li>\n<li>The massive change we are witnessing in almost every field<\/li>\n<li>Why the &ldquo;new normal&rdquo; is the chance of a lifetime<\/li>\n<li>How people can approach change<\/li>\n<li>Why we experience stress<\/li>\n<li>Why he started The Domino Project and how it is disrupting the publishing industry<\/li>\n<li>The old model of publishing compared to the new<\/li>\n<li>What kind of push-back has he received from traditional publishers<\/li>\n<li>His advice he has for new authors (caution: this is radical)<\/li>\n<li>Why authors don&rsquo;t need to wait to be picked<\/li>\n<li>The role of traditional publishers in the future<\/li>\n<li>His favorite book out of all the ones he has written (I hadn&rsquo;t even heard of it!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seth was as delightful as always.
